Prince William County Landfill Rules and Regs
Notice that if my diapers and I were placed in a residential container, say a 300 gallon one, or a dumpster, my diapers and I would thus be "Generated" as Residential/Household Waste and would thus be the official property of the trash collectors. These rules also do NOT specifically state that the landfills and transfer stations can NOT take a diapered human as waste.....Looking at what they CAN accept, also look at what they do NOT 🚫 list.....
What is NOT listed is being able to readily accept an Animal, a human, as waste, alive or dead. The fact that "ANYTHING" placed into a "Proper Refuse Container" is considered to be "Refuse" according to their own "Definitions!"
👇"ANY"waste material, (Non Specific) including garbage, trash, and refuse derived from households; That COULD mean, my diapers and I;
Look below, according to Virginia's own refuse regulations for what is considered to be "Rubbish", "Trash", "Solid Waste", "Residential Waste", it does NOT specifically state that the landfill nor transfer stations can NOT take a diapered human as waste, does it? Look for yourselves. I have carefully included the definitions of Waste Containers too as well as the rules on how much they can weigh. So, any 300 gallon can or dumpster could be approved for my disposal with my diapers technically.
