The Flushing Room
Adam was one of 35 diapered boys who lived in an orphanage. The orphanage had a capacity of 200 total. If new orphans were being brought to the orphanage, the director had to get rid of the same number of boys and girls that were being brought in. Adam had been at the orphanage for nearly five years now. His mom had left him there because she could no longer take care of him because he wore a lot of diapers and was a super-soaker. This meant that he went through too many disposable diapers and when she switched to cloth pre-fold diapers, she had to use four to six layered cloth diapers at a time on him. This also wasn't economical for her. It was just easier to take Adam to the orphanage and leave him there along with all of the 100 packs of his plastic-backed disposable diapers and all 3,000 of his cloth pre-fold diapers, plastic and rubber pants as well as the over 60 printed onesies, four footed sleepers, 4 bodysuit sleepers with the zippers and two fully stocked diaper bags. Charlie and Ken worked in the flushing rooms as Flushing Techs who's job it was to take what diapers, onesies, sleepers, flushable disposable diapers, and anything else that needed to be flushed, and make sure that everything went down the toilets as specified for disposal. The items that were flushed down the giant toilets, went down a series of pipes to the main line, a special series of pipes for just flushing diapers, onesies, sleepers, and unwanted diapered people, went to the same sewer plant as the rest of the stuff flushed down other regular toilets, only everything that was flushed down these special pipes, went into filters and once out of the filters, the diapers, onesies, sleepers and any diapered people were then taken to a compactor, emptied in then compacted then once the compactor got full, the compactor ejected the loads onto a slow-moving enclosed conveyor belt that took the diapers, onesies, sleepers and any diapered people into a large capacity incinerator. The AI bots that managed the flushing stations, didn't care if there were diapered people in the loads of diapers, onesies, old cloth training pants, cloth pull-up diapers, sleepers, pajamas, old t-shirts, flushable baby wipes, and they didn't care if the diapered people didn't want to be flushed or not, they....were being flushed no matter what and they didn't have a choice! Both Charlie and Ken were AI Bots that flushed the diapers, clothing, wipes and any diapered boys, girls down the specially made large capacity toilets.
Charlie; Hi there! Are you ready for a flush ride?
Adam: NO! Why were my diapers and I brought here?
Charlie: You've been brought here for flushing! That's why it's called the flushing room!
Adam: SO.....all 3,000 of my clean and formerly wet cloth pre-fold diapers and 6 full and unopened boxes of my clean flushable disposable diapers and I are being flushed down a toilet?
Charlie: Yes! You and your disposable diapers and pre-folds are all about to be flushed!
Adam: For disposal?
Charlie: Exactly! You and the diapers are about to be flushed for disposal!
Adam: Where do....all of the diapers and diapered boys and girls go...after they go down the drain?
Charlie: They get processed at the waste water treatment facility. That's where used diapers, cloth and disposable, are always taken.
Adam: Give me a full detailed explaination of what will happen to my diapers and I aftrer being flushed
Charlie: After being flushed you and the diapers will all be sent through water pipes to a waste water treatment facility. There they will be taken through a series of filters to filter out all solids, including your diapers, and cloth and disposables. The water will go back through an additional series of filters, then the solid parts, you and your diapers and cloth, will be incinerated in a waste to energy process, which turns solid waste into energy and fuel.
Adam: SO....my diapers and I will eventually end up being put into an incinerator?
Charlie: Yep! You and the diapers will end up in an incinerator! You're going to be turned into fuel and energy.
Adam: So....you don't care what happens to my diapers and I while I wait to get flushed?
Charlie: That's right. I don't care at all about you or your diapers.
Adam: WHY is that nurse here?
Charlie: The nurse is standing by to supervise the flushing process.
Adam: What does she do here?
Charlie: The nurse will observe the flushing to make sure everything goes down properly and to observe the process and make sure that there are no problems.
Story Still in process........
