The first Amendment Applies!

The First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution protects five foundational freedoms: religion, speech, the press, assembly, and petition:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

My loving mommy and daddy work at San Diego PD Air Support and they seem to really enjoy taking care of me, my mommy, when she is at home, checks my diapers frequently and if they need to be changed, she changes my wet cloth or disposable diapers. When these two are not at home, they hired a caregiver to change my diapers and take care of me in their absence. My new mommy and daddy believe in the End-of-life options acts that allow people to end their lives on their terms. Even when a person's spine has slipped and then fused together causing terrible pain and effecting how daily life is for that person. My mommy and daddy have friends in the San Diego Sheriff's office Air Support too and they frequently visit the home.

Even Paris Hilton HAD to come see, the Son of a Saudi Billionaire Royal Prince, living his most interesting life....
and trust me.... interesting doesn't do it justice!

The guys at work, sure enjoy picking out what brands and styles of diapers they prefer me to wear.....they always seem to choose the most absorbent diapers for me that are possible. They also like how the diapers look and how they look on me.
There were a few times when my new mom and dad had vacation time so, they took me to a resort in the off-season.

When we arrived, my mom and dad met up with their friends from work at the resort. There was.....hardly anyone there....except for the few of us. They dared me to walk around wearing only my diapers and my onesie. Eh....that....was the easy part.....
California allows expression of your true self via the California Statutes.

Dress Codes and Discrimination

• FEHA and Gender Expression: Workplace dress codes cannot discriminate based on gender identity, gender expression, race, or religion (e.g., enforcing outdated gender stereotypes like requiring skirts for women and pants for men).
• The CROWN Act: Prohibits race-based hair discrimination, ensuring workers can wear natural or protective hairstyles.
California does not have a single statewide clothing mandate for public spaces, but public nudity and dress are regulated through indecent exposure statutes, state park rules, and local city or county ordinances.

Indecent Exposure Laws

• California Penal Code § 314(1): It is illegal to willfully and lewdly expose your "genitals or private parts" in any public place, or in any place where other people might be offended or annoyed, with the intent to direct attention to yourself or to cause sexual arousal or offense.
Since these particular statutes do not mention wearing only my diapers or a onesie over my diapers, being that my attire may offend or make others annoyed, that is considered discrimination of that person and since my parts are sufficiently covered, I AM in compliance with the statute. If any Toddler is allowed to wear only their diapers with a shirt on, then the same statute applies to ALL ages, without discrimination because, no law can differentiate between a 2 year old and a 55 year old!

Toplessness and Local Ordinances

• Gender Equality: State law does not explicitly prohibit women from going topless in public under general state statutes, and employers cannot enforce gender-discriminatory dress codes (such as requiring skirts for women while men wear pants).
• Local Rules: Many cities and counties (such as Los Angeles County) have specific local ordinances that restrict public toplessness or require minimum clothing coverage. Local police may also issue disorderly conduct or public nuisance citations if exposure causes a public disturbance.
If you are looking for rules regarding a specific city, county, or workplace dress code in California, let me know the location or context and I can provide more details.

Public nudity and clothing requirements in San Diego are governed by a combination of city ordinances and California state penal codes.

Public Nudity Prohibitions

• City of San Diego Ordinance: Under City of San Diego Municipal Code / Ordinances, it is illegal for anyone over the age of ten to be nude and exposed to public view in any public right-of-way, public park, public beach, adjacent waters, or private property open to public view.
• Definition of Nude: "Nude" means lacking an opaque covering over the genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, perineum, anus, or any portion of the female breast at or below the areola.(Wearing diapers in public constitutes compliance with ample coverage.)
• Exceptions: Public nudity is only permitted in specific areas designated by the City Council as official "Swimsuit Optional" zones, which are marked with explicit signs by the City Manager.
• Unincorporated County Areas: Under San Diego County Code (SEC. 32.1004), it is illegal to appear nude in a public place within unincorporated parts of the county, or to allow any minor six years of age or older to appear nude in public.

California State Laws on Indecent Exposure

• California Penal Code § 314(1): Exposing your genitals or private parts in a public place with the intent to sexually gratify yourself or to offend/annoy others is classified as a criminal misdemeanor.
• Public vs. Private Exposure: Actions such as public urination with exposed genitals, nude sunbathing, or changing clothes openly in areas where others can see you can trigger public indecency or disorderly conduct charges.
• Severity: Aggravating factors (such as exposure involving or targeting minors) can elevate charges to a felony and require registration as a sex offender.

That being said, I was allowed to walk around wearing only my diapers and a onesie or just my diapers when suntanning.....
My mommy decided that if I was going to look like a toddler, then she and my daddy were going to treat me like one! There rules were:
1. I was not to leave their eye-sight at any given time unless we were at home.

2. I was not allowed to choose what kind of diapers I had to wear unless we were at home, at home, I could choose between cloth pre-fold diapers or All-in-one diapers and plastic, rubber or vinyl pants or disposable diapers.

3. Mommy would choose what onesies I wore.

4. When we all had to do an event for work, I was to be in compliance with rule 1, making it obvious that I had to attend the event if I wanted to or not.

There were times when I had to go to certain events relating to gatherings with co-workers and others in the same industry.

In time, I became an iconic celebrity making appearances at Air Support events.

People all over California and San Diego were talking....talking all about that one guy who wears diapers and onesies.
This made San Diego PD Air Support even more controversial yet added to their overall notariety. The guys at the Sheriff's Department Air Support even got into the game.
Of course there were a lot of their co-workers who had strong opinions and interpretations of what THEY thought was the correct way to dress, however my new mom and dad always defended me fiercely to those in opposition.
They both knew that my disability caused me to have to wear diapers 24/7 and that it was cute as well. And they accepted that. Most of the guys began to suggest brands, styles and even the colors of diapers they thought would look best on me. My mommy and daddy always seemed to prefer the disposable diapers over my cloth pre-fold diapers or any diapers that had to be washed for some reason.

There were times when my mommy and daddy needed someone they knew would be willing to take care of me while mommy and daddy went to work. Sometimes, that would be one of their Air Support friends or co-workers, other times, it would be an IHSS  or Accent Care caregiver. Since Air Support knows quite a few celebrities, they enlisted a select few who expressed desire to...babysit Adam Bin Alwaleed.

Other times, my San Diego PD Air Support Mommy and Daddy need to drop me off at other's houses for them to babysit me.
My mommy and daddy send me to Ariane Lagner De Rothschild's house sometimes.
Now.....Ariane Lagner De Rothschild enjoys taking care of me. She sits me in her lap, gives me adult sized baby bottles, checks and changes my wet diapers, and we always have a good time. She showed me around her mansion, and she told me about how they have Hunan Hunting Parties where they use humans instead of animals as "the hunted." She has asked me repeatedly if I wouldn't mind being one of the hunted. She even said she wants to ask my mom and dad if it's ok with them. She said that if they said yes, I would be able to spend a week there at her house.....
I would even get some special treatment during my diaper changes.
*See my other story about their Hunting Parties....(Which is far from finished)

Me: You mean...to tell me....that....you...want to....give ME...."special treatment" during my.....diaper changes?

Ariane Lagner De Rothschild: Oh....yes....I do sweetie. I am quite....the woman.....and....I love caring for you. Whether it's giving you special treatment during your diaper changes or enjoying the time we spend together while your nice Mommy and Daddy are at work.
